Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jiligame3 will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

jiligame3 is strictly an adult gaming platform. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law, jiligame3 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register or use the platform.

jiligame3 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If jiligame3 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be permanently closed.
